Good place to stay with free parking, but if you’re a light sleeper it’ll be very hard for you to sleep here.
Positive: The facilities are great. Loved the gym. Safe neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. Free parking is huge for me.
Negative: The noise across the way (construction), I couldn’t sleep. The windows must be paper thin in the bedroom. Living room windows block more noise.
AC unit in bedroom didn’t work because the panel was stuck but otherwise everything else was great.

Brilliant apartment, shame about the construction noise
Positive: Great apartment, clean , comfortable, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Easy to find location and 10 minute walk to metro and lots of shops, food and bars
Negative: Sadly large construction project opposite, noise starts at 7am six days a week.

Excellent. Will stay here again next time I am in DC
Positive: Nice, modern and roomy apartment. Free assigned parking which is great. Also easy walk to the metro to DC. The staff was wonderful.
